I am a Certified Master Nutrition Therapist and have a passion to help people improve their health and wellness.
True health and wellness aren't about quick fixes, deprivation, obsession, or unattainable goals. It's about balance and working with your body to create a sustainable lifestyle that you can stick with.
Everyone is biochemically different, so it takes an individual approach to figure out the right diet for you. We cannot simply seek the “One Size Fits All” diet plan when we all have very unique lifestyles, body compositions, and feelings. This is where I come in: my recommendations are tailored just for you.
My true passion lies in helping people increase their Longevity (increasing healthspan, not lifespan) and coaching people interested in adopting a more Plant-Based Lifestyle to ensure they meet their individual nutrient needs.

How is a Dietitian different from a Holistic Nutrition Therapist?
Dietitians generally follow the traditional food pyramid recommended by the government, follow strictly the conventional, westernized approach, and don’t necessarily emphasize the link between diet and disease.
Holistic Nutrition Therapists venture outside the box and offer a variety of alternative solutions and consider all aspects of a person’s life. They understand that not only diet, but also a person’s sleep, stress level, personal preferences, family life, physical activity, spirituality, and mental status have to be looked at. The Nutrition Therapist’s goal is to empower and educate people to improve their health with a diet that is whole-food based, with natural supplements and herbs, and lifestyle recommendations that suit them on their journey to healing. This “whole-person” approach is appealing to many people as it more flexible and enjoyable for them.
