Food is the foundation of our lives and diet is the main way for the body to obtain the required substances for growth and maintenance.

Nutritional intake is fundamental to living younger and requires holistic changes in how to feed and fuel the body. Eat “real” food! The additives found in ultra-processed foods carry a toxicity that might have harmful consequences on your gut micobiome, impacting overall health.

My mission is to make you feel well in your body and loving it. I am trained to work with individuals with GENERAL HEALTH concerns, however my true passion lies in coaching people interested in adopting a more Plant-Based Lifestyle to ensure they meet their individual nutrient needs. 

My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. Regardless of where you are on your journey, I meet you there and guide you toward a lifestyle that promotes healing and vitality. While my passion lies in plant-based nutrition, I don’t push anyone to become vegan or vegetarian, nor do I pass judgment on their dietary choices. Instead, I offer coaching and support to help you make "plant-forward" food choices without compromising essential nutrients. My goal is to facilitate gradual, sustainable, and personalized behavior changes that align with your unique needs and preferences.” 🌱🌟🥗

My name is Tanja Samalya, and I am a certified Master Nutrition Therapist, a practitioner specializing in holistic nutrition principles. I recognize that one's picture of health is colored by various individual experiences of life: physical, biochemical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental. I use clinical education to make science-based recommendations and health coaching skills that promote desired behavior modifications for my clients while honoring a holistic perspective and bio-individuality.
